'I have been in dentistry for nearly 30 years. My career started as a dental nurse, and in 1989 I gained the National Certificate in Dental Nursing.

I then applied to the Institute of Dental Health and Training at RAF Halton where I was accepted as a civilian. I completed the course in December 1991 and received my Certificate in Proficiency of Dental Hygiene.

I aim to treat my patients with care, gentleness whilst respecting and understanding their needs and concerns. I enjoy my job and find it very rewarding,

I attend courses and read journals to increase my knowledge and to support my continuing professional development.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two boys, socialising with friends, exercising and cooking.'

Justin is in his final year of studying dentistry at the University of Leeds and is very helpful within the practice during holidays as either the receptionist or dental nurse.

Zoe is currently studying business at the University of Exeter and works on reception during breaks.

Annabel also works as receptionist when needed. She is currently studying criminology at the University of Birmingham.

Clare often helps us out as a temporary dental nurse when Caroline is away.
