Information from A to Z

We want the best for your teeth. That's why we've put together some information about our practice and dental advice.

Don't forget: to keep us updated with your details

To ensure your visit to Belmont goes smoothly, please bring a list of your current medication and also bring your insurance forms to your appointment if you have private health insurance.

Please ensure you update us with any changes to your contact details.

Preventative care: check-up at least once a year

You should come for a check-up at least once a year to make sure that you are looking after your teeth properly and to have their condition checked. We also complete a full mouth health check to assess for oral cancer and other medical conditions which may be apparent in the mouth. Many patients will be advised to have a check-up every six months and some need to see the hygienist every 3 months.

We tailor your appointments to your specific individual dental needs.

Professional Fees/Charges:

We will discuss treatment options and related fees with you before you commit to having a course of dental treatment.  Initial consultation fees and a guideline of treatment charges are available from our receptionists.

Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will normally incur a charge.

Patients are politely requested to settle their accounts after their appointments.  We accept cash, cheques, most major credit and debit cards and BACS payments.
